About me
Journalist: I have been a journalist for several years, with articles appearing in various publications including The Guardian, The London Paper and The Australian Jewish News. I am a regular political columnist for the London based Jewish News where my articles focus on the Arab-Israeli conflict, radical Islam and anti Semitism. I have also written on various topics in British politics. My articles can all be found on the website under the 'articles' tab.
Broadcaster: For nearly a year, I was a panellist for jnetradio.com, an internet radio station with a Jewish point of view. I helped to present the politics show which featured topical news discussions and interviews with political and religious figures. I am currently helping to set up a politics show for a new radio station.
Author: I have written two books. The first is a philosophical analysis of self deception called Falling to Pieces, published in 2004. The second is a collection of scholarly essays on Churchill's life and political philosophy called The Greatest Briton, published last December. I am currently working on a history of British war films and how they relate to issues of English identity. You can read a synopsis of the two published books by clicking on the 'books' tab.
Teacher: I have worked as a history teacher for 6 years. I am currently head of department at an independent school in North London where I have helped to achieve excellent grades at GCSE and A level. I have also taught philosophy of religion to A level as well as junior drama.
